I began my working life as an Architectural Draftswoman/Interior Decorator/Town Planning Consultant and loved the challenge of designing homes for each and every client.
Several worldwide tours saw me delve into passive solar energy concepts and residential construction techniques in Aberdeen, Scotland.
My travel bug evolved and I decided that working as a Tour Leader and sharing my passion for New Zealand would be my new career path. My Father revealed that he was a driver/guide in Rotorua in the 1940’s and his most famous client was Eleanor Roosevelt!
I continue to guide travellers around New Zealand and delight in sharing experiences that New Zealanders sometimes may take for-granted.
I am an artist and photographer and enjoy genealogy, hiking, cooking, entertaining, socialising with family and friends, travel, architecture and garden landscapes. I look forward to meeting you.
